*Any player who loses any part of their uniform (jersey, shorts, flags) will be required to pay a replacement fee. Players will be unable to play until replacement items have arrived. There will be no refund for lost playing time due to needing replacement items.*
Registration Rules to Consider before Signing Up
1) No player will be placed on a team until the registration fee is PAID.
2) Players are permitted to only play for one team and may not play down a division. Any player requesting to play up should email chesterlandlionsclubfootball@gmail.com. Requests to play up will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on space availability on the teams in the older division.
3) Any form of false information submitted to change a player's division will result in expulsion from the league with NO REFUND.
3) Coaches can email Chesterlandlionsclubfootball@gmail.com to request their team. Coaches need to be sure that every player they request is registered and paid in full with the league. If multiple coaches were to request a player, the parents would be notified and instructed to pick one team.
-Teams should consist of no more than 11 players and no less than 7 players. Exceptions to these requirements may only be made by league officials in order to balance team numbers on a case-by-case basis and ensure there is roster space for all interested players to play.
-Coach requests will be given preference, but no guarantees can be made regarding team assignments. Team assignments may be adjusted to ensure enough players are rostered to each team to meet league requirements.
4) Refund Policy: Parents will need to email Chesterlandlionsclubfootball@gmail.com to request cancellation.
Requests made before March 1st - 80% refund
Requests made March 1st - March 14th - 50% refund
If there is a request for cancellation after March 14th you will forfeit all of your registration fee paid - NO Refund will be given starting March 15, 2025.
*If the season is canceled before or during the session due to any type of natural disaster, local or national pandemic, or emergency, the League will issue an appropriate refund.
*Please note that the surcharge is NOT part of our League's fee. It is a third-party servicing fee charged by the registration website.
Jerseys do not come in Adult Small sizes.
